About

Hi, I’m Syann, most people call me Sy. I help businesses and organizations design streamlined systems, clarify growth strategies, and strengthen operational alignment. With over 15 years in business development, marketing, and operations, and an MBA focused on strategic management and sustainable growth, I bring a grounded, data-informed approach to helping teams scale efficiently.

As the Founder and CEO of TAP|TAPMissoula, a community-owned digital platform, I lead every aspect of development, marketing, and community growth from market research and product design and development, to strategy, content, and member engagement.

Alongside my corporate work, I’ve spent over a decade leading workplace mindfulness and performance resilience sessions for employees at companies including Google, Hulu, RPA, Sony PlayStation, Verizon Corporate Headquarters, and Warner Bros. These experiential sessions supported focus, concentration, and clarity, helping professionals cultivate the steadiness that drives high performance.

During my MBA, I received multiple scholarships and fellowships that recognized my leadership, innovation, and social impact. This reflected my commitment to building purposeful, people-centered organizations.

What Does “Fractional Consultant” Mean?

A fractional consultant is a strategic leader who joins your business part-time, providing executive-level expertise without the full-time cost. Instead of advising from a distance, I integrate into your operations for a set number of hours per month, helping design systems, launch initiatives, and build repeatable growth hands-on.

As a Fractional Growth & Operations Strategist, I support two types of founders/businesses:

  • Growth-Stage: You have a working offer and need better operations, marketing structure, and scalable systems.

  • Idea-Stage Innovators: You are in health, digital products, or community spaces and want help defining your offer, testing product-market fit, and developing clear positioning before you build.

My approach is direct and practical: clarify the offer, align the team, tighten operations, and create growth without relying on urgency or burnout.
