  Structure Meets Clarity

I’m a systems operations strategist who coordinates people, platforms, and partnerships so strategy turns into execution. My background spans startups, digital platforms, and complex global account and partner ecosystems, where execution, timing, and coordination directly impact outcomes.

About

Hi, I’m Syann, most people call me Sy. I’m a systems operations strategist who designs and coordinates how work moves across people, platforms, and partnerships so strategy turns into execution. With over 15 years across business development, marketing, and operations, I bring a grounded, data-informed approach to scaling initiatives and improving execution.

As Founder and CEO of TAP | TAPMissoula, a community-owned digital platform, I’ve led end-to-end system design across product development, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and community growth, translating vision into execution across multiple stakeholders.

Previously, at Uniregistry, I managed complex global accounts and partner relationships across registrars and international stakeholders, coordinating execution across time zones to ensure alignment, reliability, and delivery within a highly technical, regulated environment.

Alongside my corporate work, I’ve spent over a decade leading workplace mindfulness and performance resilience programs for teams at organizations including Google, Hulu, Sony PlayStation, Verizon Corporate Headquarters, and Warner Bros. This work strengthened focus, decision-making, and execution under pressure.

What Does “Fractional Consultant” Mean?

A fractional consultant is a strategic operator who joins your business part-time, providing senior-level expertise without the full-time cost. Rather than advising from a distance, I integrate directly into your operations for a defined number of hours each month coordinating systems, advancing initiatives, and ensuring execution stays aligned as the organization grows.

My Clients

Female and male entrepreneur

As a Fractional Growth & Operations Strategist, I support two types of founders/organizations:

• Growth-Stage Organizations: You have a working offer and need stronger operational alignment, clearer execution structure, and systems that can scale without breaking.
• Early-Stage Builders: You’re developing a digital product, platform, or community-driven offering and need clarity on positioning, product-market fit, and execution readiness before you build.

My approach is direct and practical: clarify the offer, align priorities, tighten execution systems, and support sustainable growth without relying on urgency or burnout.
